Used by PeoplePC Online dialup internet software. Harmless if not running from the system32 folder, as some malwares may cloak themselves as the real BartShel.exe, it adds that annoying little window that you cannot get rid of while using their smart dialer and acceleration software. It does use rather large amounts of CPU at times, but I must admit the accellerated dialup is much better than non. | |||
