The ekrn.exe is not a Windows system file, but is a process which belongs to the software ESET NOD32 Antivirus and the ESET Smart Security Suite Kernel Service. | i have 3GB of RAM in my Windows XP 32b version and ekrn takes up a ridiculous amounts of resources... my computer that never lagged with previous versions makes IE lag up crazy. very annoying. | |||
