it is an exe activated by ms-on-screen-keyboard, it keeps running while the on-screen-keyboard runs, to keep it not activated while clicking on top of other programs, it also keeps it on-top of other windows, if you are developer you would understand better if I say the main exe of onscreen keyboard is delegating the background action the secondary exe, that uses "send messages" system. the reason for all the fuss is that msswchx is poorly signed and described. | |||
