| This is an NT service run by a simple, 3rd party, Network Time Synchronizer available on the internet. The Synchronizer is more accurate than Windows utility; syncs the Windows Time with reliable internet servers at every bootup; and can be made a substitute for the (Windows 7) built in Time Sync available through the 'Time' tab, when the user clicks the Clock in the System Tray, then "Change Date and Time Settings". | |||
