| I have traced this back to: Program Files\\IVT Corporation\\BlueSoleil This is: BlueSoleilTM For VoIP Edition Which is bluetooth software from: IVT SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGY Inc. The manual describes it as: BlueSoleil is a Windows-based software from IVT that allows your Bluetooth® enabled desktop or notebook computer to wirelessly connect to other Bluetooth enabled devices. It also has VOIP ability over a headset. The manual says: BlueSoleil has a VoIP plug-in that supports the most popular VoIP software e.g. Skype. It is this later plugin that appears to be using this program at startup. It can be terminated safely. More information | |||
