AdobeARM is part of Adobe Reader/Acrobat's updating service. If you manually update, then you don't need this.

I have a very strong feeling this program scans your computer for all pdf's and sends this data to adobe. It pegs my hard drives for at least 30 minutes for no good reason. My computer will slow to a crawl and is barely usable. (I have at least 1,000 pdf's for work-related things)
