| DO not turn this off unless you really know what are you doing. In my case it disable 3D properities of the card leaving only software rendering, which was terribly slow, though card waas still detectable by programs | |||

| Not harmful. This is to do with graphic cards, Installed with the video drivers, often in an update, for certain AMD graphics/video cards, this file is part of the Catalyst Conversion part of the software and enables, for example video drag and drop when editing or developing videos and uses OpenCL to do so. Not all computers and video cards are compatible with OpenCL. Please note that the way the command is written, the black Command window will flash open when booting. | |||
