Acceso directo en la barra de tareas a las propiedades del Touchpad. Lo puedes eliminar pero para aceder a la configuración tendras que ir al panel de contro>mause>etc

I use an external USB mouse. I would imagine I don't need this to open at start-up for that reason. I'm setting it to be delayed, where I can open it if I find it absolutely necessary

To Stop Apoint From Running In The Backround, Click On Your Start Button, Click On Run, Type MSCONFIG InTo The Run Menu And Click OK, Click On The Startup Tab, Uncheck Apoint, Click Apply, Click Close, You Can Exit Without Restarting.

Touchpad. Keep if you use touchpad; Disable if you do not use touchpad. Pretty simple enough to figure out.
