| This appears to be the Bluetooth Managment Tray Agent on my Dell. You need it if you use Bluetooth devices, you don't if you are not. My Opinion only :) | |||

| A part of the Bluetooth drivers. You have this because you have a pc/laptop that has Bluetooth in it. You can't install this if it can't detect such hardware. If you still feel like this is not needed, then use control panel to remove your bluetooth drivers. Disabling this won't really change much. | |||

| Intel and Motorola are examples of the publisher that appears in the command and file location. This file is the tray application installed to support Bluetooth wireless products. If you don't use Bluetooth devices such as mice, phones and others, you can disable this. Please note that %system%\rundll32.exe is a legitimate program and should not be deleted. | |||
