| It's the loader of language panel of Windows. If you use only latinic symbols of the keyboars, you don't need this program at startup. But if you need switching between latinic ans cyrillic symbols, this program is necessara, for it loads the icon of the language panel to systray and makes your work to be more conveniet. | |||
