| I believe there are several different files out with this name. The one I encountered was indeed included in the install of the Fresco Logic USB to VGA adapter. On Windows XP 32 bit, my Antivirus detected it as a virus. Windows 7 64 bit, same antivirus, did not detect it as a virus. I do know if you let the antivirus quarantine the file. your Windows XP 32 bit will become unstable. Mine would lock up after a while with it quarantined. I did not try to disable it in the start up so I don't know if that would fix my issue or cause problems with my Fresco Logic USB to VGA adapter. The Manufacturer says it is NOT windows XP Compatible but it does work anyway. Could be they know it is detected as a virus and rather than fixing the XP drivers, they just say it isn't xp compatible. | |||
