| Have not managed to figure out what related processes aquire this process. I always kill Gridspot.exe. It should say for what reason I would use it. | |||

| I'm in the same boat as you. It mysteriously appeared a few days ago and i can't work out why. All i get is a large grey rectangle on the upper part of my screen. And it always comes back when i kill it. To uninstall it or not? | |||
