| As others have noted, it facilitates shortcuts to graphics property changes (as in from one settings profile to another). This is mostly utilized by gamers who maintain a profile for normal Windows functionality, and another profile to maximize the gaming experience. If you do not game, you will probably never care to make changes. I remove this item. It can be reinstated through the Control Panel if need be. | |||
