Not really a thread, just a nuisance: Although Paul Collins list says it is not required, if you got Diskeeper as a FREE bundled sw as myself, it may be unwise to delete the entry below without some guidance from this Forum. After doing it, I found no other way to start Diskeeper than by restoring the entry thru system restore.

I've found that programs or software that use command prompt to install don't get installed properly or not at all without this enabled.

i=Intel gfx=Graphics hkcmd=Hotkey command It has nothing to do with diskkeeper. It is a utility included with Intel Graphics chipsets and can be disabled. Most people never use it.

this is your choice. I can see both sides of the situation. There are some good reasons to disable, and some reasons to keep it going. You may want to flip a coin. I just can't decide and now I'm getting more undecided. Whatever you do decide, make sure you are making the correct choice. Once you make the decision, STICK TO IT!
