Not really a thread, just a nuisance: Although Paul Collins list says it is not required, if you got Diskeeper as a FREE bundled sw as myself, it may be unwise to delete the entry below without some guidance from this Forum. After doing it, I found no other way to start Diskeeper than by restoring the entry thru system restore. | |||

I've found that programs or software that use command prompt to install don't get installed properly or not at all without this enabled. | |||

i=Intel gfx=Graphics hkcmd=Hotkey command It has nothing to do with diskkeeper. It is a utility included with Intel Graphics chipsets and can be disabled. Most people never use it. | |||

this is your choice. I can see both sides of the situation. There are some good reasons to disable, and some reasons to keep it going. You may want to flip a coin. I just can't decide and now I'm getting more undecided. Whatever you do decide, make sure you are making the correct choice. Once you make the decision, STICK TO IT! | |||
