LastPass is a very highly regarded (by the cyber security community) password and security management utility available for all browsers and mobile devices and operating systems. This particular startup program supports the Internet Explorer browser extension. This is only 'runs once' on downloading & running 4 first time on a fresh Windows Install here. Can not do with out this program.
