| Motive Smart Bridge, used for Verizon Broadband among others, net assistance/auto-reporting typical cmd. line for autorun @ startup: C:\\PROGR~1\\Verizon\\SMARTBR~1\\MotiveSB.exe not necessary for normal operation, but possibly useful in the event of a networking/web communication problem. You can remove it by going start/programs/verizon online/uninstall online help and support. To simply disable it, go to Start>run and type msconfig - under the startup tab look for MotiveSB.exe and untick it. Doing this means the application is still installed and if your ISP "requires" it when you need support, you can go back to the All Programs menu and start it manually. More information | |||
