As far as I am aware of this is related to an old browser (Maxtron -Mx5)that did not performed well and I uninstalled it with some difficulties using the automatic Uninstall of the Windows XP. So you have to manually uninstall it!

I haven't had the MX5 browser very long. It has passed anti-virus scans, but I still disabled it because even though I denied it as the Default App, it still took over the roll of default with every URL I tapped outside of my Real default browser. Still a little skeptical about it. That's why its on my 3rd laptop.

cannot be deleted on startup manager although the file or software has been uninstall..

Cannot be disabled at startup. Will have to uninstall the programme.
