This is an alternative RECYCLE BIN but it 'scrubs' the disk after deletion.

I love the functions of this app. My only problem is it won't minamize when it boots on startup. No matter what I change and belive me I changed allot. It won't minamize! That's why only 4 stars. Great cleaning features and ease of use are it's strong poits! More information
