| Windows built-in Gadgets system. Allowing you to use gadgets anywhere on your desktop. Relatively safe if being used with the built-in gadgets, using 3Rd party gadgets however can be dangerous and unfortunealy Microsoft discontinued the gadgets as they were a huge security risk. if you don't use gadgets then it should be safe to disable at startup. | |||
