ups... I forgot... Use GU Startup manager from the safe mode to remove the "Windows Service Help" entery, or go directly to regedit, and delete the above mentioned key from "HKCU\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\Run\\" Hope my info will help you...

Imbossible to disable... It monitors, and activates itself even after disabling... This is some kind of trojan horse that affects "Skype"... To remove, boot to safe mode, search for "winservices.exe" (without the quotes) and delete it. Afterwards, open "C:\\windows\\prefetch" (where c:\\windows is the folder where your windows installation is) and delete all the files inside. This will delete the complete prefetch data on the PC, but windows will rebuild it automaticly on the next boot. This is needed becouse this trojan is automaticly prefetched by winodws.

Definitely some scum file... It registers itself in HKCU\\Run as "Windows Service help"... If this is a case, then it sure is some kind of trojan... however, I couldn't find the name of the process it creates, so it's left to the antivirus to kick it's ass... I'm going to install comodo right now, so if it does not succeed to remove it, I'll write an othe comment...
